• This code only adds the free gift to the cart.
• No additional discounts, including the 10% OFF coupon, can be applied along with this offer.
• The free gift is pre-selected and cannot be exchanged or customized.

b. 10% OFF Coupon

• Applicable only on orders between ₹500 – ₹999.
• Provides a flat 10% discount on eligible orders.
• Cannot be combined with any other offer, including free gift or free shipping coupons.

c. Free Shipping Coupon

• Applicable only on orders between ₹599 – ₹999.
• Enables free shipping on eligible orders.
• Cannot be combined with the 10% OFF coupon or any other discount.

General Offer Terms

• Only one offer can be applied per order.
• Offers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

2. Payment & COD Policy

We offer flexible payment options for your convenience.

a. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available only for orders up to ₹2000.
• Orders above ₹2000 are not eligible for COD.
• For orders exceeding ₹2000, only prepaid (online) payment methods will be accepted.

b. Online Payments

• We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and Internet banking through Razorpay.
• Prepaid orders are typically processed faster than COD orders.

Disclaimer : 

• COD orders may be subject to confirmation via call or message.
• In case of order refusal, fake orders, or repeated failed deliveries, we reserve the right to:
  • Disable COD for future orders
  • Allow only prepaid orders for subsequent purchases

3. Returns, Refunds & Replacements (Summary)

• We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.
• In case of transit damage, requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with a complete unboxing video.
• Requests without an unboxing video will not be considered.
